Arbor Day
ArborFest is an annual tree planting to celebrate Texas State Arbor Day. This event occurs every year thanks to a partnership between the City of Frisco, Parks & Recreation and the Urban Forestry Board. This free event is open to the public, and usually is scheduled for a Saturday morning, late in October or early in November.
The Frisco Garden Club has made a commitment to plant at least one tree every year at ArborFest utilizing the City of Frisco's Living Legacy Program.
